Delivery is incredible slow and customer service are useless. My order is due to be delivered 10 days after I placed it, despite the website misleading stating ‘1-2 days dispatch’. I’m waiting on shoes for my son, which due to the pandemic, I’m not sure will fit yet. I’m dreading the returns process if I have to send them back. After reading other reviews, I may never get the money back! Don’t shop here!

I sent my item back 12th March I followed up too see where the refund is was told I was refunded on 17th March and to check my bank which I have still no refund !! And now ignoring my emails when I tell them I have checked my bank and no refund still!!At first they were so helpful with my faulty order with telling me my options to then as soon as I returned it no refund given!! Order number X101859991 if anyone wants to refund me!!

UPDATE: now refunded in full. Thank you. Ups delivery and returns process is disastrous. I’m still waiting for a refund and this shouldn’t happen. I can’t use this company again as o cannot be out of pocket for so long. The warehouse can surely confirm receipt and a refund should be issued! You cannot expect customers to wait until UPS decide to send the item back to Sweden. Terrible service.

I returned a parcel on the 9th April whereby it has received the Coventry warehouse but I still have not received any information from the actual company regarding a refund. It has nearly been 3 weeks and this is frustrating.

I’ve not received a refund for products I returned weeks ago.Looking at the reviews below, it seems their process is just not fit for purpose.Having registered a return digitally, and had it received in the UK, they just need to check the contents and issue a refund... why on earth would customers need to wait for the parcels to be shipped back to Sweden and checked there???This business needs to redesign its return processes if it plans to continue operating in the UK. I totally understand that Covid and Brexit make some of these things tough, but there seems to be a distinct lack of professionalism and planning here...

I’m still waiting for a refund for an item they received on 22nd February!! I returned an expensive footmuff as the colour was different to that pictured on the website. My tracking confirms the item was delivered to them on the 22nd February, they’ve confirmed they received the item on the 22nd February, but still they will not refund me. Every time I contact them I am told they are waiting for the shipment from their warehouse in Coventry to their base in Switzerland. This is not an acceptable excuse. The company know they have the item so they should issue a refund immediately. I appreciate the mess of a situation with the U.K. leaving the EU has caused issues with shipping and customs, but this is still not an excuse. I have returned items to other EU-based companies this year and had absolutely no issues.I’ve spent a significant amount of money with Alex and Alexa in the past year and was a loyal customer, but will never use this company again

Ordered a wooden toy washing machine for my son. It's the only place I could find that sold one that matched in size to his play kitchen. All the others were absolutely tiny little plastic machines, so I was pleased to find exactly what I was looking for!Ordered lunchtime on the 2nd, and it was dispatched next day. Took less than 24 hours to travel to my door and arrived on the 4th. Easy to assemble, perfect condition, and absolutely great value for the size! My son loves it, his current obsession is getting the washing in and out of our machine so I needed something to save my water bill! Will definitely use Alex and Alexa again!

I ordered some boots for my sons on the 12th of January and according to the UPS tracking info it was shipped on the 12th from Sweden and arrived in Stansted on the 13th. No further progress though. Sent an email to customer service but to no avail. It’s snowing now and the boys have cold feet! Help! Order number X101878653

I have ordered from them a few times and have always been more than happy. I sent my order back in November as the item was faulty but still no refund processed. I'm really disappointed as I have never had a problem before and thought this would run smoothly.

I'm not one to write a review but I read them a lot before buying from a new website so I felt that on this occasion I should leave a feedback. Based on the comments here I was a bit concerned placing an order but I went ahead still. I got a toddler snowsuit that arrived in a matter of a couple of days to the UK. Unfortunately the size was not right so ordered a bigger one; again arrived very quickly. The quality of the product was lovely, the suit was absolutely beautiful and the delivery was super fast. Unfortunately none of them fit very well (awkward body shape??) so I returned both with free UPS delivery. It took a little while for the refund to arrive but it was Christmas and we're in the middle of a pandemic. I contacted customer services for an update and they got back to me in a couple of days. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience and I'd definitely order from here again.

Great website. I was a little hesitant as I realised items would be coming from Sweden and I had never ordered from here before. But ordered my baby boy a moschino a romper and It has arrived a week later and I’m so happy with it. Thank you AlexandAlexa will be ordering again soon.

Having read the negative reviews after placing my order, I was somewhat nervous whilst I awaited my delivery. I received and kept some beautiful out door wear. Delivery was fast, products were excellent, returns straight forward. Please to say my experience was great and I would highly recommend.
